The first step of our process is a free in home (or office) consultation. We will meet with the home or business owner, discuss details of the project including your budget. This will help us to provide a realistic proposal taking into account both your vision and what you can afford.
Whole House Renovations
The second step will be to provide you with drawings if required and give you a firm price quotation. A written contract will clearly describe all work to be done, including materials, timelines, warrantees, payment arrangements and any other necessary details. It is important that we can come to complete agreement and understanding at this stage, so if there is anything that you are unsure of or don’t agree with, please let us know so we can make necessary adjustments.
Complete Exterior Renovations
Once we have agreed on the details of the renovation, there can be considerable planning that must be done before we can send a team to your home. This includes ordering the necessary materials, scheduling and obtaining any necessary permits.

Preparing your home is the first step once we have a team on-site.
